Settings
Configure your brand, escalation rules, sender accounts, and team.
Brand Settings
Brand settings control how your outbound emails look and sound. All changes take effect immediately for future emails.
| Setting | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Name | Your agency name. Used in email context. | Greg Blanchard Agency |
| Agent Name | The person's name that appears as the sender in outreach emails. | Greg Blanchard |
| Brand Tone | How the AI sounds in emails. Options: Professional & Friendly, Casual, Formal, Empathetic. | Professional & Friendly |
| Email Signature | Custom text appended to every outbound email. | Best regards, Greg |
| Agent Phone | Your direct phone number. Included in every outbound email for easy contact. | (561) 555-0123 |
| Hide Carrier Branding | When ON, the AI will never mention carrier names (Allstate, etc.) in emails. | ON (default) |
Make sure your Agent Name and Agent Phone are set correctly before your first leads come in. These fields appear in every outbound email.
Escalation Rules
Escalation rules control when and how leads are handed off to human agents.
| Setting | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Max Auto-Replies | Number of AI replies before a lead is automatically escalated. Range: 1-10. | 3 |
| Escalation Email | Email address CC'd on handoff emails when a lead is escalated. Your assigned agent is always CC'd; this is an additional recipient. | -- |
| Slack Webhook URL | Webhook URL for real-time Slack notifications when leads are escalated. | -- |
Setting max auto-replies to 1 means every lead that replies gets escalated immediately after their first reply. Set it higher if you want the AI to handle more of the conversation.
Sender Accounts
The Sender Accounts section shows your Email Bison sender accounts. This section is read-only. Sender account management is handled by your LeadFlow administrator.
Account Information
Each sender account card displays:
- Health Score — A score from 0 to 100 indicating the sender reputation. Higher is better.
- Daily Volume — Shows emails sent today vs. the daily sending limit for this account.
- Status — Current account status: Warm (still warming up), Stable (ready for moderate volume), or Active (fully warmed, ready for full volume).
- Monthly Stats — Total emails sent this month and estimated spend.
Sender accounts are managed by your account administrator. If you see low health scores or need additional sending capacity, contact your admin.
