Analytics
Track your lead performance with KPI cards and charts.
KPI Cards
The top of the Analytics page shows key performance indicators as summary cards. Each card displays the metric value for the selected time period.
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Leads Received | Total number of new leads ingested in the selected period. |
| Emails Sent | Total outbound emails (both AI-generated and manual replies). |
| Reply Rate | Percentage of emails that received a reply (replies / emails sent). |
| Escalation Rate | Percentage of leads that were escalated to an agent (escalated / total leads). |
| Bounce Rate | Percentage of emails that bounced (bounced / emails sent). |
| AI Cost | Cumulative LLM API costs for generating emails and classifications. |
Time Periods
Use the time period selector to filter all analytics data. Available options:
- Today — Metrics for the current day only.
- 7 Days — Rolling 7-day window.
- 30 Days — Rolling 30-day window.
- 90 Days — Rolling 90-day window.
Changing the time period updates both the KPI cards and the performance chart simultaneously.
Performance Chart
Below the KPI cards, a stacked area chart visualizes your key metrics over time.
Chart Data
The chart displays three data series:
- Leads — New leads received per day.
- Emails Sent — Outbound emails sent per day.
- Replies — Inbound replies received per day.
Interacting with the Chart
Hover over any point on the chart to see a tooltip with the daily breakdown for that date. The tooltip shows the exact count for each metric.
Use the chart to spot trends. A rising reply rate often indicates your AI email content is resonating well with leads.
