Search leads, view conversation threads, and manage replies.

Lead Queue

The left panel of the Conversations page shows your lead queue. This is the list of all leads currently in your system, sorted by most recent activity.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top of the queue to find leads by name or email address. Results update as you type.

Filtering by Status

Filter the queue using the status tabs: All, New, Email Sent, In Conversation, Escalated, and more. Each tab shows only leads matching that pipeline status.

New Lead Badge

A counter badge appears next to the "New" filter showing how many unprocessed leads are waiting. This count updates in real time.

Click on any lead in the queue to open their conversation thread in the main panel.

Conversation Thread

When you select a lead, the conversation thread opens in the center panel. This shows the full email history between your agency and the lead.

Message Layout

Outbound messages (AI-generated or manual) appear on the right side of the thread. Inbound replies from leads appear on the left. The thread auto-scrolls to the newest message.

Message Details

Each message displays:

  • SenderShows whether the message was sent by AI, sent manually by you, or is an inbound reply from the lead.
  • TimestampDate and time the message was sent or received.
  • Intent BadgeFor inbound replies, a classification badge shows the detected intent (Interested, Question, Not Interested, or Out of Office).

Lead Detail Panel

On desktop, a detail panel on the right side shows the selected lead's information:

  • Contact InfoEmail, phone number, and location.
  • Vehicle DetailsYear, make, model, coverage type, and annual mileage.
  • Risk ContextAge, credit rating, current carrier, and policy expiration date.
  • Suppression WarningA warning banner appears if the lead has opted out of communications.

Manual Replies

You can send a personal reply to any active lead using the compose box at the bottom of the conversation thread.

How to Send

Type your message in the compose box and press Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) to send. The message is delivered through your configured sender accounts.

You cannot reply to leads with the following statuses: Escalated, Suppressed (Not Interested), Completed, or Send Failed. These leads require a status change or are no longer active.
